Clinic Information

Brentwood Children's Clinic is an established pediatric medicine practice serving the medical needs of children for over 30 years. All have been trained as professionals and take pride in their professional capability. They welcome all children and adolescents as patients and strive to make their medical care as convenient and pleasant as possible.

Insurance Information

The following is a list of insurances that are accepted by our office. It is not all inclusive and if you have any questions please call our billing office at 261-1214.

Office Hours
Basic office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Appointments for sick children and well children can be made by phone beginning at 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Note that Saturday clinic is walk-in visits only and no appointments will be made. Any necessary cancellation should be made 24 hours in advance of their scheduled visit. If emergencies cause delays in the clinic schedule, patients will be informed whenever possible. Patients are encouraged to call during office hours if they have questions or need prescriptions filled. Dr Leeper is out of the office on Tuesday. Dr Moss is out of the office on Wednesday. Dr Lee is out of the office on Thursday. Dr. White is out of the office on Wednesday and Friday. Dr. Frank is out of the office on Friday.

In Case of an Emergency
One of the five physicians is always on call after office hours for emergencies. Parents should call the office number and they will be connected with the Vanderbilt Triage System. In case of a severe emergency, or if the parent is unable to contact one of the Clinic physicians, they should proceed immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room and ask them to contact the Clinic physician on call. Clinic physicians are on staff at Vanderbilt, Baptist, Centennial and Williamson County Medical Centers.

Referrals
Many insurance plans now require referrals to see specialists. We need your assistance in making this as smooth as possible. Please notify this office at least five working days before going to see the specialist to insure that all paper work has been processed. If a referral is needed for emergency room visits, please contact this office the next working day so that the insurance carrier will approve the visit.

Billing Information
Patients are expected to pay at the beginning of each visit by personal check, cash, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards. Office staff members will be happy to provide patients with the necessary forms to request reimbursement from their insurance carrier.
