Dr. Frank was born in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School.  She did her residency at Children's Hospital of the Kings Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia and was first certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in 1995.  She has lived in Nashville since 1997 and joined Brentwood Children's Clinic in November 2005.   

Dr Frank is married to Rod a self-employed computer consultant and they have two children.  Dr Frank is a past president of DCPA and was the Chief of Pediatrics at Baptist Hospital from 2003-2005.  She has attended many Girl Scout trips as the troop doctor with her daughter and enjoys bicycling, skiing, and hiking.
